"Nice game"

Good graphics here. You did a nice job making the graphics soft and smooth wich is very important. The map of the town was well presented and quite well organised. The drawings of the characters were very good though, the way to draw the characters make them seem young, it's wierd to apply for a job in a bank when you are 16 :P. But good job.

There wasn't a lot of animation in this game, but the few there animation there was, was very good. Maybe you should display the character sleeping, working and eating, it would add more action and animation.

A good story with some nice goals to reach. I really enjoyed it because it was like we are the character, I was totally captivate by the story. Good job here, I have nothing to complain about.

Though the audio could have been better. One thing: the music is different when we are on the map and when we are on a particular place, and the switch beteween these two musics is a too harsh. Maybe a fad-out of the music would be a good idea. And also, the music gets a little boring after a while but you add a button to turn off the music so no problem : ).

I enjoyed it, overall. It's a good game with a nice presentation, some good graphics and a decent animation. Just improve the audio and add more animation.

Nice work with the graphics man, it was pleasant to see. The drawings were very smooth and soft. Your madness guy was well drawn, it was very close to the original drawings, loved it a lot : ). Though the guitar body wasn't exepted and crasy, though it was funny. The only thing I can complain about is the stage, it was too poor. Maybe you could add some guitar amps, pedal board and so on.

A decent work with the animation, like the graphics, it was quite smooth. I really enjoyed when the madness guy started to bang his head, it wasn't really in tempo but I liked this idea ; ). Though there are some problems with the animation : as Haggard said previously, there is no logic between the left hand of the guitarist and the music, when the notes are getting higher, the guitarist should move his hand at the bottom of the neck and the opposite when the notes get lower. And yeah, it lacked of motion ... the guitarist should move much than he does, make him run along the stage and jumping ! And a last thing, the interuption at the middle of the flash was too harsh, make it softer : ).

There wasn't real story here, but the song itself is a story so yeah ! And also I liked when, at the end, the guy recieve a piece of steel in his head, it would seems to be a parody of the Madness violence lol. Well done.

Awesome choice of music, Eric Johnson is a God and Cliffs of Dover is a master piece, very good choice. It's nice to see you didn't use the most popular songs as Eruption of Van Halen or a Dragonforce shitty solo, as everyone do. The sound was great, no problem here.

Overall, it's a good Madness Day submission, and it's nice to see there wasn't blood and violence.

"Not enough"

This doesn't seem to be the finished produt ... The only thing I can see is a multicolored background with a line moving. It's not enough.

I can't comment a lot about the graphics. The background wasn't good, like Haggard said you should replace it with a unicolor background. Maybe change the color of the background along the flash to make it more intressting. The animation is not exhaustive at all. The same thing is repeating over and over, more diversity wouldn't be useless.

No preloader ... it's shame because the loading was long and the wait gets even more boring without preloader.

The audio wasn't of my taste, I don't like techno that much but I respect your choice. Though the sound quality was great, I think you just put the song without any audio optimization, this is why the file is that big.

Overall it wasn't exhaustive at all, the only thing that save you from a 0 is the audio quality though the lack of originality penalizes you a lot. Add a preloader, diversify the movements of the "line" and change the background.

"Worth the long leading : )"

Hehe, yeah the loading was long but it was worth the wait. The graphics were rather nice but not always smooth, actually the drawings were sometime bad and sometimes great and smooth, it made this flash a little "messy" if I dare to say. Good animation but like I said about the graphics, the quality isn't great all the time but it's still a good job.

The story was nice and went very well with the music. I can't understand all the lyrics but the few I understand fitted in very well with the story, I have nothing to complain about here, nice job.

The main song was nice and the song you put for the credits was great, you have some good taste ! Also, the sound quality was perfect, but it make your file to big :P.

And last thing, I'm happy to see that you put some efforts with the preloader, it makes the flash even better. And good presentation of the credits at the end, it kept my eyes until the end ; ).

Overall, good effort ! But you can still improve these two things : The file size was too big, optimize the audio file. And second thing, try to follow the same way to draw in the whole flash. 8/10

Your sprite movies were awesome, sad to see that this one is almost the last : (. But I really enjoyed this mix between sprite and drawings.

The story was great, really. At the begining, he is bored to be in 8bit, then he discover the pencil and at the end he is amazed by his pencil. The story was very well built. My favorite scene is when he realize that he is drawn, it was quite wonderful.

The graphics were so nice, I enjoyed the mix between 8bit and drawn animation. It was so pleasant to see ! You are skilled dude.

The music was well chosen. And it's nice to see that you didn't decreased the music quality like a bastard just to make the file smaller. I hate those guys who don't ware of the music quality ... so good work about it !

Overall, great job. You could have made it a bit longer that's why I'm giving a 9 but it's still a good job. And congrats on the 4th daily place! 5'd

That was one of the most funny birthday flash I have ever seen! I can't stop laughing ^^.

First good thing: the preloader, it was really good. It's nice to see that you put some efforts in the preloeader. Corey's face was freakin' funny in this preloader o.O.

The content was very funny, I loved FamilyGuy's part with all Corey's stats, it made me laugh. Also the music was nicely chosen here : ). Yoshi's part was also really really funny, the pacman thing was good, it shows the "statwhore" side of Corey lol. And MinusNick's part was ... pretty ; ).

The music choice was, in the three sections, very very well done. Especially in FamilyGuy's part, I loved how the pics of the stats of Corky were appearing in the same time as the accent of the music, nice. The music in MinusNick's part was sleepy, it's a sharp contrast between it and the "5 sec Corky dance party" song hehe.

Overall I laughed my ass off seeing this great tribute. You guys deserve a big 5 and a huge 10 from me. Happy birthfay again Corey ! <3

I will begin with the begining. I really enjoyed the preloader, I know it's a minor detail but too many people don't care of the preloader and put a NG preset preloader or don't put any. So, yes, it's a good point.

The graphics were nicely done, rather smooth, it's cool. I liked the lines that appear when the ninja is moving, it show very well the speed of the movments. And I liked the colors also, well chosen.

Though, the only "problem" was the audio. The sound quality wasn't very good. There was too many "clipping" and it doesn't match the animation to be honnest.

Excpet form the audio section that was really good, so a eigth from me, improve the sound quality and you will get my 9 or maybe my 10 lol. Good job, dude.

The rest was awesome, I'm really impressed : ).The graphics were very pleasant to see and the animation very smooth. I liked the "dark" ambiance created by the colors.

Though the missions get boring after a while, especially when you go back to the same place and you kill load of enemies. Yeah like the dude below me, you should add other weapons.But it is still very nice.

About the audio, the music was in the background but it's not a good thing IMO. The audio effects (gun shot and stuff) were cool and the sound quality was high.

Overall, the only thing I can complain about is the lack of different weapons. Anyway, it was perfect.

The interface was very nice and pleasant to see, very smooth overall. You guys did a good job with buttons, I liked the "NG style of them". The fonts were well chosen too. I love the the font that is used it the titles like "What should a review contain?" or "What makes this helpful?". Also the colors were very NG-ish so I like it :P.

The only problem was the audio. The audio problem appears quite often in your flash : we can't chose the audio that we prefer. What I do when I don't like Dance ? You should add a menu with songs from different styles of music. Lol you said it in the flash but you didn't do it :P.

Overall all, perfect guys. I love the flash of the Newgrounds collection, they are always helpful. The only problem was the audio but won't affect the score I'm giving you : 5'd and 10'd. Keep it up.
